On January 17, CAAC held a video conference to publicize the Rules on the Safety Management of Civil Unmanned Aircraft (CCAR-92) which has been developed to complement the Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Operations. Ma Bing, Deputy Administrator of CAAC, attended the conference and delivered a speech.
The CCAR-92 document, which came into effect on January 1, 2024, was developed by CAAC and issued by the Ministry of Transport. In the video conference, staff from relevant departments of CAAC introduced the key elements of the Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Operations and CCAR-92, as well as applicable requirements for the management of unmanned aircraft.
